Hmm it's been months since I've been posted to the "Botak Island". Alot of people might think it's cool, wearing rank on shoulders walking around in an Island where everyone else are recruits.
They do push ups on your command and they run when they see you. You get to watch tv in your office, sit around and tekan them during training, use computer, eat canteen food. Old old sergeants greet you sir, young recruits salute you.
Sounds gd eh?
But nobody knows what happens behind the scenes. They train, you either supervise, organise, or ensure their safety and welfare. They stay = you stay. But they book out doesn't mean you book out. They sick we ensure their rest, we sick but no one cares.
They make mistake we forgive, we make mistake, our boss will never forgive. Our bunks r small our bed sheet remains e same for years. Weak fan small window. Short weekend long working hours.
Their problems are your problem. If they got a problem with their bunkmates it's your problem. If they got a problem with you it's definitely yr problem. If they got a problem with themselves it's also yr problem. If they do not know their problem it's still is yr problem.
Their parent's problem will be your big problem, their's problem with their parents will be your bigger problem. They owe money your problem, they lose girlfriend also your problem. They don't eat, your problem. They eat too much, another problem. They keep reporting sick for nothing is big problem, but if they sick but don't report becomes even bigger problem.
They keep tell you their problem will give you problem, but if they don't tell you their problem will give you even bigger problem. If they dunno the solution to their problem, you have to find it for them. But if you dunno the solution to their problem, they will still find you to find the solution for their problem.
Problem problem problem...haha that's my life for the past few months.=p
